There are two steps to apply to LDW Canada.

1. Fill out the online participant application. (please note that you must fill it out completely in one sitting before submitting it). Scroll down for application.

*Please note – you may apply to both LDW Canada and WY at the same time, but you must submit an application for each trip. The applications are reviewed separately, so you will have to choose between the two trips when you find out which one(s) you have been accepted to. Your answers to the questions on both applications may be the same.]

2. Have a CCO staff person or mentor in your life fill out the LDW Reference Form. Download here.
