How many groups have you been in?
Ten, one hundred, maybe even 1000’s? You are in good company if you do not fully understand the “life of the group”, especially when it takes on a life of its own.
Working with Groups is the essential seminar for people who facilitate groups. Through the integration of theory and practice, you will learn how to read, understand, evaluate, and be lead proactively in the development of small groups.
This is an excellent opportunity to improve your skills in working with people and will be offered by the CCO’s Outdoor Leadership Team.
